It’s simple. If I sit down at a restaurant and a server asks me if it’s my first time dining and I say “Yes”, I would absolutely, positively LOVE if the server welcomed me and gave a quick one or two liner about the restaurant, its history, the chef’s name…something to make me feel good about spending this money! I’ve been wanting to say that for so long…ahhhhh!
