So, a few weeks ago, after leaving the gym, I roll into a Victoria’s Secret to pick up some goodies. When I got to the register, I smiled and asked the sales associate how her day was, etc…you know, the basic banter/exchange of a Southern lady. 🙂
She rings me up and I go to swipe my card. She says “wait, not yet…oh, your purchases are free today, just because you are nice, smiled, and were pleasant!” At this point, I’m waiting for her to say “syke”, but she never did! I pleasantly thanked her, took my bag and left the store…quickly!
Just smile…you never know what’s in store for you!
